Returns Policy
Monsterthreads are happy to exchange items conditional on the following:
1. We require proof of purchase. If you can't find this, get in touch with us with the date and time of purchase - we may be able to find a copy for you.
2. This item should look brand new and be in it's original packaging. If we reasonably believe we can't easily resell the item at full price on this basis, we reserve the right to deny exchange. Items should be unworn, folded neatly, clean, un-crumpled etc.
3. The item you are exchanging is returned within 21 days of your receipt of the item. This is 21 days from the time you took the item from the store, or 21 days from the date it was delivered to you. If you've had the item for longer, email online@monsterthreads.com.au with the details of your purchase - we may give you an extension on certain items.
4. The item is a full priced item. Sale items may be exchanged at our discretion. Again, email us on info@monsterthreads.com.au if you are in this situation.
5. We may refuse to exchange some items for hygiene reasons. This includes face masks.
6. We may charge a restocking fee in certain situations. This fee would be 20% of the price of products restocked. This may be where we at our discretion allow a change of mind refund or where items was sent to buyer and returned to us by the carrier because buyer failed to pick the item up from their local post office/distribution centre.
7. Where item is returned to us by post for reason of change of mind - please send us a note with you Name, Email address and phone number. We will then email you a credit note valid for 3 years - This can be used in store or online.
Monsterthreads does not refund items due to change of mind. We are happy to exchange or provide a credit note you can use against future purchases.
